Your concerns and request for refund must be valid and approved by our team.
Products must be returned to PO Box 328, Peregian Beach QLD 4573.
Postage costs are at the expense of the customer (this applies to return products and any exchanged products issued).
Products must be lodged with the post office within 30 days of order date, and tracking number supplied via email.
Your refund or exchanged products will be issued ASAP upon receipt of the returned products.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days for your bank to credit the funds to your account.
